1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Library B ("the Service") or any of its projects, including bigprompts.org and globefin.org and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for educational purposes. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

BigPrompts is a platform where registered users ("Guides") create AI-assisted study materials organized by topic. Guides write prompts, review AI-generated responses, and publish approved answers. Other users ("Students") can browse published topics, read approved content, and interact with an AI tutor through follow-up chat.

The Service also provides auto-generated study tools including flashcards, multiple-choice quizzes, fact-check views, PDF exports, presentations, and podcasts derived from Guide-published content.

3. Accounts & Registration

To create topics or use Guide features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Guide Responsibilities

As a Guide, you are responsible for the content you publish. This means:

  • Accuracy. You agree to review AI-generated responses before publishing and to make a good-faith effort to ensure published content is accurate and appropriate for the topic.
  • Approval. No AI-generated answer is shown to students until you explicitly publish it. By clicking "Publish," you represent that you have reviewed the response and believe it to be suitable.
  • Originality. Prompts you write should be your own work or material you have the right to use. Do not copy substantial portions of copyrighted works into prompts without permission.
  • No guarantees of credentials. BigPrompts does not verify the qualifications, credentials, or identity of Guides. Students should evaluate Guide content using their own judgment.

5. Student Use

Students may browse topics and interact with AI-powered chat features. When using these features, you agree to:

  • Use the Service for lawful educational purposes only.
  • Understand that Guide-approved content has been reviewed by the Guide but has not been independently verified by Library B or BigPrompts.
  • Understand that follow-up AI chat responses are generated in real time and have not been reviewed by a Guide.
  • Not rely on content from the Service as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI language models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
  • Published answers have been reviewed by a Guide, but Guides are not infallible. Errors may remain.
  • Follow-up chat responses are generated in real time and are not reviewed or approved by any human before being displayed.
  • AI models may produce different responses to the same input at different times.
  • Library B does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content.

7. Content Ownership & License

Your content. You retain ownership of prompts and any original text you write on the Service. By publishing content on BigPrompts, you grant Library B a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your published content through the Service, including derivative study tools (flashcards, quizzes, PDFs, etc.) generated from your published content.

AI-generated content. Responses generated by AI models are not owned by any party in a traditional copyright sense. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated responses. Guides who publish such responses take responsibility for them as described in Section 4.

Service content. The BigPrompts platform, design, code, and branding are the property of Library B. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform elements without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Publish content that is intentionally false, misleading, or designed to cause harm.
  • Publish content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.
  • Use the Service to generate or distribute spam.
  • Attempt to manipulate AI outputs for purposes unrelated to education.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without authorization.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9. Moderation & Removal

Library B reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any content at any time, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with prohibited conduct.
